Terms
I am not a lawyer, but I figure some terms are in order. By submitting a recording to Phone Idol, you:
* Agree not to post anything inappropriate and acknowledge that submissions may be removed for any reason.
* Trust that Phone Idol won’t publish your private information, including your phone number.
* Agree to transfer copyright to Phone Idol and license your track under a creative commons license, understanding that your recording may live on elsewhere on the web. (In the future attribution can go to user accounts, but there aren’t any right now.)
